Due to a recently disclosed critical vulnerability in the Linux kernel ("PwnEscape"), we must carry out emergency maintenance on our infrastructure.

The vulnerability affects the Linux kernel's networking stack and, under certain conditions, could allow an attacker to escape from a virtual machine and gain access to the underlying host system (Guest-to-Host Escape).

A security patch addressing this vulnerability was merged into the official Linux kernel on October 14, 2026.

To mitigate this risk and ensure the security of our services, we will deploy the updated kernel across our infrastructure. This process requires restarting all affected services. Given the severity of the vulnerability, the maintenance cannot be postponed.

We apologize for the short notice and any disruption this maintenance may cause. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
